Comprehensive initial site survey – When you engage BEB Industrial Asset Management®, the first thing we will do is survey your situation; we'll build a complete picture of your assets and how they're used. Our subject-matter-expert will visit your location for an in-depth analysis; we'll inventory your assets, capture the production and maintenance histories, copy all leases and associated paperwork, note the working environment, get digital pictures of the assets, and more.
Creation of a detailed baseline – As we prepare our software to receive your data, we'll create a "corporate tree" view to match your specific corporate reporting hierarchy – whether you stratify your business geographically, by product category, or whatever – we'll customize your views to that structure. Then, when we bring your site survey information back to the office, your Account Manager will carefully audit all of the information and begin to enter the data into our system. Service dispatch management – Controlling costs starts with controlling the cost event. So BEB is your single point of contact for repairs and services. When your asset breaks down, you make one call to BEB and we do the rest – we coordinate your vendor, we make the followup calls, and we report the activities to you. By managing your dispatch, BEB helps you avoid unneeded repairs and downtime, and your dispatch history gives us a great factor to audit the subsequent invoices.
Continual data capture – Without adding any work to you or your vendors, BEB will capture and record the ongoing usage and maintenance information on your asset. It doesn't matter if you do your maintenance and inspections internally or with external vendors, we'll capture all of that information, fast and easy.
Extensive data audit – Your Account Manager will ensure that your ongoing data is correct.
